The Pink Ribbon Fair is a special event presented by Flair for Events in collaboration with the Relay for Life (http://www.relayforlife.org/) of SL. It is a charity event for breast cancer from the 4th to the 25th of August 2012. For 4 weeks you will have exclusive items from 150  designers of SL at the Pink Ribbon Fair and 100% of the money will be donated to the American Cancer Society. Vero Modero made a wonderful cute dress for this special occasion, for the PRF hunt. Probably it was thought as a sweet girly dress and it can and will  be used a lot like it was thought I bet. Everyone who knows me… I sometimes try to give the outfits a certain twist and like to show that they can be used in different styles as well. As soon as I put on the “‘Dotty” dress from Vero Modero, I had the urban 80′s style stuck in my mind :p. The punk top with the huge black bottoms and the short black skirt totally called the 80′s back in my head and the huge leather belt shows the wonderful eye for the detail of Bouquet Babii, owner and designer of Vero Modero.

The color and the huge leather belt reminded me of some of Madonna’s early stylings for some reason and so I started to arrange some more with that 80′s vibe to my styling. The torned stockings with socks over it and some hair with a sweet cap from EMO-tions. For the shoes I wanted something, that makes a contrast to the sweet and nice looking dress and so I came on some heavy mesh ankle boots from VC Designs, wich they had in their sale.

The wonderful “Dragonfly” face tattoo in pink and black, as well is an item of the Pink Ribbon Fair, made by White Widow for the PRF hunt. For the jewelry I used a mix of different brands to make the actual look that I had in my mind. So I put on my favourite mesh neck corset together with the “Hannya” necklace from Mandala. The bangles are out of the “Insomniac” bangles pack of Ticky Tacky. Together with the “Spirit” nails from Love Soul, that are decorated with rings and little chains at the fingers it made the perfect look for what was in my mind . The Pink Ribbon Fair will start tomorrow and I can’t wait to see what all the other designers created to help .

Today I would like to show a few of the static poses of MyAnimation. Ramona Criss, owner and designer of MyAnimations, makes a lot of amazing dances, animations and animated poses, that are used over the whole grind as they are one of the best you can find ever. No matter if you are a model, a dancer, a cluber or someone who just enjoy walking on SecondLife’s streets and ways you cannot pass MyAnimations without at least having one of them as they are so perfect and wonderful done. But did you know that Ramona made static poses too?

The poses are all off the “Model Pose Pack 5″ of MyAnimation. The smooth transitions and the wonderful ideas for the different poses especially for so many different ground poses really catched my attention.

The poses made me try for some non usual styling as well so, I tried to use one of my last LeeZu shift outfits with some new and some old-time favourites of mine

The “Arabesque Blouse” was the part I started with as I liked the colors on it and it gave me a great base to work with. The “Me Like It” mesh pants I loved a lot and I realized I never was wearing one of the stong colors, so I decided to go for the blue one As I always like to mix and match as many LeeZu parts as I can for my shifts, to show as much of the great designs I added the “Mia Corset” and the “Lana Top Silk” underneath the jacket. For the accessories, I went with the new “Cosmic Mask” of Finesmith and one of my long time favourite hair from L+N called “Daisy”

If you take a closer look on the mannequins in the background of the first picture… that are some very interesting props. Those mannequins are mesh made and you can actually put your own skin on that sweet ladies. Malicia Python, owner and designer of Silken Moon has them in her store and I asked her, if I could borrow them for a shoot and she put her amazing colored mannequin skins on them for the picture. Thanks again for your help and creativity to make this picture possible Malicia

Miss Virtual World 2013 – Again BoSL showcased an amazing event on December the 15th 2013, with the finale of the MVW 2013 contest. Many countries were represented by amazing ladies and it was really an exciting event. Designers and models worked together for their 2 final looks. One evening gown and one national costume for each lady. Every year when I saw the MVW finale it was an exciting moment to see the results, that designers and models worked on for so many weeks. Last year I took the challenge to make a full catalogue of all the gowns and costumes. The idea must have inspired some bloggers this year and they started to do that for the MVW 2013 designs. I decided for my own not to do the same again and just would like to showcase my personal favourites. First I thought about to do my personal top 12, but then I figured that I like more than 12 and just thought about doing all the ones that really caught my attention in no particular order

This year at the MVW finale some of the girls dared to be a little different, with bringing historical female fighter’s and strong women’s characters on the MVW stage.On eof them was Miss V Puerto Rico 2103, Miss Hezabel Blackheart. Her national costume was created by Mirja Mills, owner and designer of EMO-tions. Hezabel could not have made a better choice than asking Mirja for her national costume. EMO-tions always stood for great, quality RP clothing and many fighters, vampires and lovers of the special outfits went to Mirja‘s store if they needed special and extraordinary clothing or hair. So the “Anacaona” outfit and the matching hair, as well made by EMO-tions, made an extraordinary and strong look on the MVW 2013 finale stage. Hezabel and Mirja did a great research on the country she represented and as she was talking about her inspiration my ears were all hers

Her husband Caonabo, was captured and shipped to Spain, dying in a shipwreck during the journey. The Taínos, being ill-treated by the conquerors, revolted. During a feast organized by eighty-four regional chieftains to honor Anacaona, who was friendly to the Spaniards, the Spanish Governor Nicolás de Ovando ordered the meeting house to be set on fire. He arrested Anacaona and her Taíno noblemen — all of whom, being accused of conspiracy, were executed. While the others were shot, Anacaona was executed by hanging. She was twenty-nine years old. The Taíno tribes were all one and the same tribe all over many Caribbean islands. From the island, then and now,..I bring you the gift of the Coqui.. a native small frog that is exclusive to the wildlife of the island.”

The Runway Perfect Hunt goes in it’s 4th round . Morgane Batista again made it, to get amazing designers to participate in one of the most famous hunts on the grid. Even if the title says “The hunt with models in mind” does not mean this hunt is limited to models only. All the amazing and versatile designs are amazing additions to everybody’s wardrobe, even the males will find some amazing hunt prizes in some locations This year the hunt is not a total freebie hunt, each hunt item costs $5 Linden. With a total of 50 shops you reach a maximum of $250 Linden, what is a great amount for so many amazing quality designs!

After being absent because of RL, I would like to show some more of the wonderful Runway Perfect Hunt items before the hunt is over.

My today’s focus would be the Mainstore of Bubble’s Design. Bubble made a wonderful dress for the hunt. The “Poems” dress is something super special. A sheer top that carry a wonderful poem on the front

and another one on the back

The skirt is very flexible and it looks like it would have many parts that go down from the waist. For me the dress really was something special in the whole TRPH #4.

The beautiful makeup as well is part of TRPH #4. You will find the “Tresor” makeup at White Widow, the amazing store done my the photographer legend Julie Hastings. As much as she puts into her pictures she puts into her own creations like the “Tresor” makeup for the hunt. You will not only find the black and white version in the hunt item so hurry to see what else Julie put onto her TRPH #4 box

The huge “Lovelyn” hair, that for me totally goes with the “Poems” dress, comes from EMO-tions. The “Dawn” necklace as well was made by the hand of Mirja Mills, owner and designer of EMO-tions.

The amazing “Brocade” dress, is the contribution of 22769 to the 4th edition of the TRPH. A wonderful once piece mesh dress in red and black. The skirt is made plain black what makes the brocade texture of the red jacket even more shine. The wonderful makeup comes from Dulce Secrets and is as well one of the awesome hunt items. Dulce Secrets provides not only the makeup, as well they have a wonderful skin in different versions in their TRPH #4 box.

The super cool ankle boots I found at the Gothic Fair 2013. Blinesen + MaiTai made the wonderful “Diavola” ankle boots with that unusual shape. The basic black victorian looking base with the amazing buckle, was combined with the red parts that look like little flames round your ankles.

The Cool and lightly messy looking “Carla” hair from EMO-tions was just perfect for the look and with the “Lost” necklace, as well from EMO-tions, I found the perfect matching jewelry as well

Now I was looking at myself and still I missed something… a hat, yes a hat would be awesome. I searched through all my inventory but I did not have one single red hat that would match to the outfit. All of a sudden I remembered about one of my oldest friends… she was designing hats! I stormed into Xenobia Foxclaw’s IM like a hurricane and started crying about me looking for a deep/blood red hat with maybe something black on it. Xen knows me for quite some time now and she knows my weird moments as well, so she just laughed and said I should wait a few minutes she would look through her creations. A few seconds later 3 different mesh hats made their way into my inventory and the “Dewey” hat in red suede was the perfect addition to the styling. Thanks so much Xen for again saving my day

What happens when color meets your favorite creators in Second Life?

For my first but certainly not last post, I would like to showcase the contribution of devousMind to the ‘Somewhere over the Rainbow’ hunt. Chandra Meehan, owner and designer of !dM, made an amazing corset outfit for the hunt.  The very colorful corset made of all the rainbow colors. The awesome frilled white pants, the sweet collar, the white fishnet tights and the sweet net train that brings back all the sweet colors

For me, the usually black loving person it was not immediately comfortable to be so colorful, but one by one I got used to it. First I added the yellow version of the “Piccadilly Overknee Boots” from LeeZu when I came across the super cool “Codie” hair from Discord Designs. It had a rainbow colored  version in it and it was going perfectly with the “Valentina” corset from !dM. Each hair color of the gacha coes with a “Ripley” black hairbase. The “Codie” hairstyle was made for the gacha at the ’24′ event and usual colors will follow at the Discord Designs Mainstore after the event. To add my little rebel to the whole look i decided to go with one of the newest tattoos from White Widow. Julie Hastings made some new body tattoos, wich as well come with a tango applier for all those who love the new mesh boobies.

For the picture I wanted to go crazy with colors and items so I decided to put a lot of colorful candy behind and around me. I got a little bit the feeling of “Wicca in Wonderland” as I added the way too big teapot and the huge muffins and lollipops*giggles*

The weather becomes colder again and the kisses of the sunbeams are not that hot anymore. But still, we have some days with more sun than rain and they can be warm enough for a last journey to the beach

That’s why Dahriel and me decided we wanna have some fun at the beach with Epicosity designs.(see the full post at: http://crazyconnection.wordpress.com/2013/08/30/crazy-connection-already-goodbye-for-the-summer/)

I have to admit, I never heard about Epicosity before, but Dahriel was talking so good about them that I became curious. I was really surprised as a while later I got a very nice and kind IM and some boxes sent by the designer. Early Christmas! I ran home and unpacked them and I have to admit Dahriel was right. The amazing “Monokini” that comes in 3 different color pattern versions really is something special. The mesh bathing suit comes with a HUD for each set and you can change the textures and colors in a lot of different parts and versions. I started playing around a bit and finally chose the teal/blue color. I wanted to go for a light elegant look, as I loved the vintage touch of the “Monokini”. So I added the “Crystal Reality”. This jewelry from Finesmith usually comes with a full dress, but I loved the shape and color so much and it was the perfect addition for this look for me.

The hair was one of the releases of Miamai for the Hairfair 2013. The teal colored flower with the white pearl in the middle totally catched the vibe I wanted to have to my look.

As the question came to the poses he asked me if we could not use some of our own poses since we both make poses now. I was very grateful for this idea and that he asked for that and started looking through my self made poses.

Sure he has a wider range to choose from since he has his amazing huge store for quiet some time, but we managed to find one each of our own creations that in the end matched together .

During the “The 24″ event I had the honor to walk a show for Pure Poison. That show brought the label of Shaleene Kenin back to my mind and I realized again how amazing the designs are. Pure Poison made a whole new Couture Collection and today I would like to show case the “Absinthe” gown.

The black version of the “Absinthe” gown is an firework of textures and an amazing mix of modern looking extravagant prim parts. The slin gown is covered by this amazing straps and lines that as well go up and decorate the shoulders. I just chose the black version, but you can get the “Absinthe” gown in other colors as well .

The wonderful head comes from LODE and is called “Bitter Sweet”. For the hair I used one of my new favourite hairs from booN. The jewerly are parts of the “Noya” set of Finesmith. I just skipped the necklace as the dress was alrealy making the cleavage relativly busy . The wonderful makeup, which so perfectly catches the shape of the hat is the “Bird” from White Widow.

The wonderful outfit that I would like to showcase today comes from [AD] Creations. Aliza Karu, owner and genius designer of [AD] Creations is well known for her extraordinary and unique designs. As she says by herself, all of her designs are made out of a mood. So basically if you wear one of her wonderful creations, you wear one of her moods . She always adds a special edge to her outfits like she did with the “Halo” dress. This dress can be used to create so many different looks from elegant to fierce or extravagant. The corset has an open front and the shoulders are free. For the skirt we have a huge balloon looking shape, wich ends in a wonderful lace part.

At the hips you have the same amazing lace and the collar as well is part of the outfit. What caught my attention was the incredible headpiece. The crow head paired with that wonderful and delicate lace veil – simply stunning.

The cool snake that I am wearing over my shoulders again is the gacha “Kaa” mesh snake from deviousMind.

The beautiful jewelry comes from Lazuri. The “Eda” set is one of my favourites from Lazuri. With the huge range of possibilities this set really can be worn to nearly every look. You are able to color the metals and stones with a pop-up menu and you can choose between 3 different styles with the same menu as well.

The super cool tattoo is from one of my favourite tattoo and makeup stores. White Widow, done by the incredible Julie Hastings. The “Lady Killers” tattoo comes in 2 different versions, one normal and one low. Julie even thought about the new Slink mesh hands and made her tattoo end before it collides at the ankles.

The amazing hair is made by EMO-tions. The “Yeriak” hairstyle is a wonderful and elegant up do with pearls that just matches amazing to my today’s styling.

The skin is my custom made Wicca skin in the new ‘lumee lunette’ tone. I fell in love with that new tone, because it gives my face such an amazing filigree porcelain look. To make it easy to match the slink hands and feet Silken Moon offers the Slink enhancement HUD to nearly every of their skins.

And again I find myself in a dark and fantasy mood and with he Fantasy Gacha items from EMO-tions and the amazing outfit from Lybra it kinda put itself together one by one

In my case dark mood does not mean automatically bad mood ;). I just enjoy dark stylings a lot and sometimes they might look  bit depressive but in general I just love that mood and look.

I started with the amazing “Mantus” hair from EMO-tions. It is a hairstyle that comes with so many different options that you have so much more than just one hairstyle if you purchase the “Mantus” hair style.

You can choose between hairbase with a bun or bangs only. Furthermore you can use the flexi pony tail or the rigged mesh one and add some upper hair on top of the hair base as well like I did for the rigged pony tail in my today’s styling. As well I used the face chains and horns, wich as well are in the whole package!

Now for this amazing fantasy hair I wanted to make something special and the “Captive Heart” outfit from Lybra came to my mind. A super sexy but as well very strong-looking ensemble.

The long sleeved top has an amazing front wich parts below the chest and gives a sexy peek on your belly. The bra part itself is decorated with some silver studs. The short and seductive hot pants and even more sexyness to the whole look. The huge chain wings really caught my heart. It must have taken days to put those together.

More and more an idea for the complete look did grow in my head and certainly it was a dark fantasy one, my favourite styles anyway

I remembered the “Bellona” set from EMO-tions, wich is part of the Fantasy Gacha Fair at the moment. If you get all parts you have a wonderful collar, forearm and hand parts.

The “Lady of Highgarden” shoulder parts from aisling I found at a gacha event that was all about the Game of Thrones series.

Now with all the fantasy gear there was no way to just go with ‘common’ shoes. I had to use my super old “Kali Hooves” from Violet Studios.

The finish made the “Birdy” body tattoo from WHite Widow and one of my long time favourites makeup from Nuuna’s.

A few days ago, as I was working my shift, a sweet girl landed. She IMed me and before she could say anything I remembered, that I know that I know her from a blog I found recently. Cierra Emor – cute sweet and a little rebel like me

After we talked a little bit I had the feeling we should do a post together and I asked Cierra about it. First she said she would be too busy at the moment with her blogging for the FFL and I told her we do not have to do it right away, just when we both are free and wanna have some fun.

The more we talked, the more I  found out what a sweet heart she is and when she finally offered me the friendship, I felt very honored .

So I finished my shift and went back to my work, when all of a sudden my IM box rang and Cierra was in telling me she just put together a look she would like to blog with me. So quick it can come… *snickers*… and I asked her if she could send me a quick snap, so I could style something according to her look.

She came up with a bad girl look in a short dress and when I saw this, I remembered the “Uruwa” dress I found at Collabor 88. I never found an occasion to blog it but with Cierra’s look it was totally perfect. What caught my attention for the “Uruwa” dress was the amazing texture and the open back of that sweet and short mesh dress.

To complete the look, I added the “Cat Tights” and the “Piccadilly Overknee Boots” from LeeZu.

The wonderful “Birdy” tattoo comes from White Widow, made by the super talented Julie Hastings and the hair with the light windblown look I got at LeLutka.

Cierra found a wonderful place to mak the pics and we just tried several poses until we found a few matching ones.

The whole time we had great fun. Thank you so much Cierra for your patience with me and that wonderful time we spent together – I hope it was not the last time .

A few days ago I got a call from 2 dear old friends if I would have time to pose for his new top… what a question! Certainly I have time for those I call friends no matter what.

Plus… I know what amazing things they can do and so I was really excited and curious .

The huge and stunning hat was made by Aliza Karu, owner and designer of [AD] Creations. The “My head mesh hat” comes with a HUD, wich lets you change the headband, the upper, lower and inner hat texture.

Together with the arm warmers from .shi I felt dressed right and had this Tim Burton mood already because of the colors and the huge hat. So I added some ripped socks and a small necklace to not drag the attention to far away from the clothing and the hat.

For the scenery I wanted to use something Tim Burton like and I remembered a skybox I got longer time ago from DRD and together with the poses from Del May I had a lot of fun going against the casual idea I had in the beginning for that look*snickers*. Sometimes the first idea of a look changes with every detail you add to it or even with everything you remove

At the moment most of the people I know, are totally crazy about soccer and the ongoing world cup. I am a totally non soccer person I have to admit, but when I lately met Sarah Tremor and she gave me that wonderful outfit … I forgot my opinion about siccer for  moment, as this amazing design really caught my attention. The “World Cup Bella” outfit comes with this super sexy dress, wich is only hold together by laces. Two in the front and two in the back.

Between the laces you can peek through on the skin, what gives the whole outfit a very sexy look. What I like is, that Sarah added underwear to it, so you are safe anyways where you wanna go, plus if it is really hot you even can pull off the dress and use the underwear as a sexy bikini

The dress is made of a knitted fabric with the flag of england on it. In the back you even can see the coutry printed on the dress and like real soccer shorts you have that number in the middle of your back. This amazing dress is available in 12 different country flags! I just chose England as I love the combination of red and white *snickers* and I love England.

Last but not least I would like to drag your attention on the shoes, as they come as part of the outfit as well!

For the hair I used one of the FFL contributions of EMO-tions. The “Renee” hairstyle was perfect for this kinda sporty but sexy look. The hair is mesh made so the braid moves awesome with every movement.

The little straps that hold the braid together, you can texture differetly by the HUD in a few ready made colors to match your look.

With the “World Cup Bella” dress you are definatly ready to go for a cool soccer party while you watch one of those exciting games

Since RL kept me from posting all those wonderful things I got at the FFL for the last 2 weeks I decided not to hide those jewels from you and post them now even if the main event might have ended already.

Today’s basic outfit was the contribution of LeeZu to the FFL 2014. The “Bon Bon” dress comes in 2 different colors, black, yellow and cream. For my post I decided to wear the cream one with the huge red accents on the skirt.

The “Bon Bon” dress is a beautiful and sexy mesh dress. The long skirt covers the legs but the top shows a lot of skin. The huge red accents you will just find on the skirt what makes them even more spotlight of the whole dress. The top again shows the amazing texture skills of LeeZu Baxter. The wonderful folds and lights that make the fabric so realistic really caught my attention too.

For the shoes I have something special as well from Miamai.

Since the dress is going down to the floor nearly I took it off for a moment to snap the shoes . The “Curiosity” Pumps in reddish satin are made for the 21shoes event. You need the Slink high mesh feet to be able to wear them properly. The feet are not part of the shoes!

The color of the shoes just went perfect with the red accent of the dress. Now that my upper body was more white while on the lower I have this sexy red color accents, I decided to wear my “Garnet Nest” necklace from Paper Couture.

And now I will jump back into my inventory and see what else I missed the last 2 weeks .

Many of you know, that I love to make weird and fantasy stylings. Usually I go with my favourite color black. Today I got a wonderful outfit from Edelfabrik and by looking through all the color options I thought I could try right the opposite to my black safe zone ;).

The outfit  I am talking about is the new “Bonfire” outfit made by Edelfabrik. The outfit is kinda a whole outfit with many different options and parts. The spiral bracelets, a necklace, the boots, the mesh top with the cool spiked collar and panty and as well the layer parts for thong and some pasties plus the wonderful stockings in different colors to match. And the huge HUD, that changes all the mesh parts and the boots has 15 colors to choose from. The HUD is so very well scripted that you even can apply the colors of the mesh top , panties and boots individual by checking or unchecking the 3 little boxes on the top left of the HUD.

The wonderful hair is one of the newest releases from EMO-tions. The “Heavens Gate’” hair comes with this amazing headpiece of filigree steel parts, gems and feathers. The “Heavens Gate” hair at the moment is available at the ‘We love Roleplay’ event and it was totally matching my idea of a mystical Forrest creature.  For the accessories I wanted something special as well and I remembered the “Skeletonia” hand jewelry from Formanails for my right hand. Now the left one looked a bit empty and so I decided to use the “Punk” wich are part of s full rings and nails set as well from Formanails.

When I looked at my pixels it looked kinda finished but the more I thought about it I wanted to add some tattoos. I tried some of my favourites and certainly one of my White Widow tattoos was the right choice. The “Bharati” tattoo was what I missed to be satisfied

LeeZu time again!

Again LeeZu surprises us with amazing new releases. I already blogged the “BonBon” dress, wich was made for the FFL (http://wiccamerlin.de/lotd-06242014-leezu-meets-miamai/) and today I would like to showcase some more amazing news by LeeZu.

Let’s starts with the “Cora Ruffleskirt” This sexy short mesh skirt as well was part of the FFL 2014 contributions of LeeZu. I love short skirts but as well, in my opinion, it is more sexy to cover the legs under them with something like a sheer panty hose or stockings. There are times to show those long pixel legs and then there is times where to cover them . I remembered the “Brigitte Body Tights”,  as well from LeeZu and it was the perfect addition to the “Cora Ruffleskirt”.

For the top I wanted something cool and red. I had a special love for the “Dekannche Top” before and I know, that I used it some times before but never in red .

The boots are a cool new release from LeeZu as well. The “Mila Boots” are super cool mesh boots. They have the possibility to change the color of the laces with a HUD and as well you can resize them with a built-in resizer. Those boots are a mixture of heavy boots, with a wonderful detailed texture and the lower leg part with those huge holes makes them even fit to more than just a normal casual style

The amazing fire-red hair is called “Tariel” and comes from EMO-tions. With the sweet little tails that fall down over the shoulders and the chest and the pulled back hair at the top it was the right style to complete my look. Certainly the hair is available in more than just the fire-red tone. With the fatpack you will get all the amazing colors that we know from EMO-tions.

For the location I decided to try the actual sim environment of Bryn Oh. With that amazing dark and creepy surrounding, the look was totally matching in I explored the sim and was send home dead a few times :p . You will find killer bunnies and spooky looking dogs wich will hunt you down if you are not careful enough and keep moving. For me it was a funny and interesting trip over the sim and I just can advise you to try it as well

At the moment we have hair fair and I got so many new and amazing hairstyles

One of the is my new “Hanayo” hair from [sys]. A wonderful short hairstyle with a huge decoration in the back, made of 5 amazing looking red fans and some sweet little flowers in purple and yellow. With all those wonderful acessories to the hair it gives the whole look a lightly asian touch.

The “Hanayo” hair style is not the only new release by [sys] and I soon will show you some more. For now I would lead the focus over to my wonderful “Leah” outfit from Prism.

This awesome knitted combination of a layer top and under pants with this beautiful mesh skirt and belt is a wonderful addition to your everyday wear, especially with the temperatures that are going on right now in the middle of summer. The “Leah” outfit can be purchased in many different color options, for my post today I chose to use the ‘news’ option with the amazing mixture of red against black and white

For the shoes I took some of my Cashmere ones and  for the accessories i took my “Dark Desire” collar and the “Dark Metal Cuffs” that are sold at The Instruments at the moment.

The super amazing nail polish that you can see in the last picture is mad by Nailed It! The “Rock” set has various options for black, red and white styles and it became one of my favourite ones lately .
